Quick Registration

Just a few bits of information are needed straight away. If you process lots of payments we may need more ID later.

Quickly Add Payments

All we need is a name, email, payment amount and expected date. Your client will then receive a payment link to pay securely.

Capture Credit Cards

A client will be given the option to store their credit card details for later payments. If they accept, we can then charge automatically next time.

Automatic Payment Attempts

For every client on file, future date payments and they will be automatically charged on the date it's due. Add a payment in under 10 seconds.

Client Communications

Your client will receive an email from us when first added and after each payment has been attempted. They will also be reminded if their card is due to expire.

Payment Re-Attempts

Sometimes a payment fails. When this occurs we can re-schedule up to 5 times across a time you specify. No extra charge for re-attempted credit card payments.

By connecting your Xero account to Pinch, invoices can be paid by our custom payment page or automatically on the due date via pre-approval. We'll even reconcile your bank statement saving you more time.

Connect your Reckon One Account
