When we look at the list of other businesses that have won awards this year including two of the Big 4 banks in CBA and NAB alongside other household names like Intuit QuickBooks and emerging powerhouses like Hnry and Thriday, we are humbled. We have been on this journey for 7 years now and to be acknowledged by WeMoney as their Business Payments Provider of the Year gives us confidence that our mission to help small businesses eliminate overdue payment by providing the best payment experience to their customers is well on track.

As a smaller provider it has been a challenge competing on rate with some of our larger competitors, but we have always valued ensuring that we provide a high quality value for money service. Our commitment to having no ongoing software fees, no additional merchant fees and in giving our merchants ultimate control is how we ensure that we provide excellence in pricing.

The Heart of Our Success: Best Customer Service

We recognise that getting paid is a very big deal for small businesses, especially in this challenging economy. We have focused on developing a customer service arm that is able to really punch above it's weight. The sheer amount of customer support work we are able to get through is a testament to the team members that are responsible for that.
