The first introduction was working as a Litespeed consultant starting in 2013 and the relationship has grown significantly since that first step. As our business grew, we relied more and more on SMB to assist us with system upgrades and new integrations such as moving to Xero and managing the Integration to Litespeed in 2015.

SMB have grown to understand our business and its capabilities and needs better than any of our business partners. As a result, they have been able to proactively come to us with new IT and system solutions that they believe would help us become more efficient. They have grown with us in the areas of Sales and Inventory management and have helped us review several new systems that have been needed to keep our business at the forefront of new developments.

As we started to outgrow our systems, SMB helped by running a scoping session that allowed us to define what our future business needs would be and then SMB provided several options in terms of ERP systems and Hybrid systems which gave us a clear view of our IT Architecture options in the future.

From process specifications, seeking supplier quotations right through to implementation, go-live and team training, SMB have been the leader in ensuring that we have systems that work, and provide solutions and value add for our business needs.

We continue to rely on SMB and the team to fly-in when a problem occurs and the response given they know our business intimately is fast, efficient and practical.
