Shown below is a complete list of fees and when they would be applied

Direct Debit Bank Account

(Using BSB and Account Number)
  • Transaction Fee: 1% + 30c with a cap of $5

    Charged each time we take funds from a bank account

  • Transfer Fee: $1

    Charged each time we settle funds to your account

  • Refund Fee: $5

    Charged when you request a payment to be refunded

  • Late Return Fee: $25

    Charged if a client disputes the transaction or claims it is fraudulent

  • Declined Payment Fee: $5

    Charged if collection of payment from an account fails

Credit/Debit Cards

(Includes VISA/Mastercard fees)
  • Transaction Fee: 2.5% + 30c

    Charged each time we take funds from a debit/credit card

  • Refund Fee: $5

    Charged when you request a payment to be refunded

  • Chargeback Fee: $35

    Charged if a client disputes the transaction or claims it is fraudulent

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are applicable for Australian businesses only, please contact us for pricing in all other countries. Fees are subject to change. All fees are net settled to your account or collected via Direct Debit if required. Credit Card pricing applies to Visa / Mastercard Australian cards only, fees from international cards may be higher depending on the country of origin.
