Pinch Payments at the Clover Partner Summit 2026

The Pinch Payments team recently travelled from Brisbane and Melbourne to Sydney for the Clover Partner Summit 2026, bringing together people from across the payments and technology ecosystem for a day of product insights, conversations and connection.
For our team, the summit was a valuable opportunity to spend time with the Clover community, get hands-on with the latest technology and hear more about what's ahead for the payments industry.

Getting hands-on with Clover

One of the highlights of the summit was the opportunity to experience the Clover product suite firsthand.
Our team spent time exploring Clover's technology, learning more about the products and connecting with teams from across Australia and the wider APAC region.
As Pinch continues to work closely with Clover, events like the Partner Summit give our team an important opportunity to exchange ideas, deepen relationships and better understand how the ecosystem is evolving.

Pinch on stage

Pinch was also represented throughout the summit's speaker program.
Paul Allen, Co-Founder of Pinch Payments, joined a panel discussion, contributing his perspective alongside other industry leaders.
Joe McCord, Head of Growth & Customer Success at Pinch Payments, also took to the stage to host a conversation with Australian tennis legend Lleyton Hewitt.
The discussion explored the parallels between elite sport and business leadership, including resilience, adaptability, teamwork and maintaining performance in high-pressure environments.
It was a different perspective on business growth and leadership, and a memorable part of the day for the Pinch team.

Connecting with the payments community

Beyond the presentations and product demonstrations, the summit provided plenty of opportunities to connect with people from across the industry.
Bringing partners and industry leaders together in one place created an opportunity to share ideas, learn from each other and discuss where payments technology is heading next.
